Red Shirt Guy continued to crawl through the ship's consoles and tubes rerouting power and patching damaged areas so eventually they all might make it off this station alive. What a thankless job but he knew death would be his only release from it.

Repairs: 1d6 ⇒ 4

"Damn it. Of all times..." Riven looked about the now all but abandoned bridge as his shimmering camouflaged form blurred the air slightly. He drew his antiquated sword and moved at a rapid pace to the airlock where he discovered the battle taking place. Seeing Zanbabe in trouble he ran forward through the fray his personal shield deflecting a stray hit disrupting his camouflage for a second.

-1 due to GM imposing it on me a while back for...impure platonic thoughts about an AI.
Slice and...: 1d6 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4

The soldier looked confused as a sharp pain inserted itself through his chest a second later. "Zanbabe, this way! The shimmering Riven shouted as he yanked his sword free and tried to escape into the station.

Zanbabe and Zakary follow Riven.

Yeah, like she said.

Soak, previous round: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Arabella took a glancing blow from a plasma blob but it failed to do much more than cause some pain. She aimed again and let loose another welder's loogie.

Welder used as weapon: 1d6 ⇒ 2

Soak, current round: 1d6 ⇒ 3

Now that hurt.

Wound level: 2/3

Realizing she was at a dead end, Rix made her way to the firefight that was lighting up all kinds of tell-tales on the monitors. She was much more use as a healer, so she set about trying to help the wounded, starting with Arabella.

Heal: 1d6 ⇒ 3

Sensing there was nothing to see in the cargo hold manifests, Faith put a bookmark in the list and made contact again with her PDP field office. She abandoned the attempt at stealth, trusting people were too busy fighting to notice her transmission.

"PDP base, this is Scaramouche requesting assistance."

<I'm sorry, > came the infuriatingly calm voice of Melody, the base AI. <Your call is very important to us. Please stay connected and the next available operator will...>

Faith did not wait for the rest of the stock reply. She punched in her codes and got access to the office database and began searching for data on Borak and cross-referenced it with other crimes in or around the cargo hold of the Gemini.

Scare up a lead in the field office database: 1d6 ⇒ 4

1dr0meda abandoned the effort to help the mysterious stranger help the group and looked at the most recent signal from someone outside the base trying to help. She found the signal easily enough and backtracked it to a hack in progress. She called on Syzygy to join the effort and tried to distract whoever was trying to boot Moves in Shadows from the network.

Hack past firewall: 1d6 ⇒ 2

Her first attempt was repulsed. Maybe Syzygy would have better luck.

"This looks fun," Syzygy trilled as she joined the effort to get into the same system Moves in Shadows was trying to crack.

hack the firewall: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Once in, Syzygy began noisily rummaging, trying to attack the attention of the sys-op.

Moves in Shadows switches from aggressive to pleading/seductive : "AA, *please* let me stay in and get that file, Borak will have my a** if I don't get it for him post-haste. And if you do, maybe I'll let *you* have my a**..."

Persuasion: 1d6 ⇒ 6

With that good of a roll (can we Ace yet? :), do I need to make a boot-out check?

Alright! I'm starting to feel guilty about hovering over the Recruitment boards when we so CLEARLY have a sweet-ass gameplay going on here. All players please report to the Gameplay thread!

This has been fun, but there are so many posts every day that I'm not able to keep up. Have fun.
