Today was Subscriber Day, and we are aware that some subscribers did not receive their Hellbreakers Adventure Path PDFs. The team is investigating.
Also, be advised that ticket volume in CS has spiked as a result of both this issue and normal Subscriber Day surges, so response times will be slow this week as we work through the backlog.

Any updates or has anyone received their PDFs yet or a response from CS.
Just curious since we are getting close to the end of the day.
I’ve been refreshing my library page every 10 mins or so just in the vain hope I get lucky

Everyone should have Hellbreakers Adventure Path in their Library. If you are missing yours, please contact Customer Service.

My whole subscription order was lost - first it dropped a book (Alien Core SE), then the three remaining products disappeared from subscriptions after some sort of payment processing error (same card I've used here for many orders and as recently as a week ago). Hoping for a quick resolution from CS, but haven't received any communication thus far.

I had the same issue last month but the Customer Service team is amazing. The Store was refusing to accept payment from me, I tried different payment methods, and verified I was able to purchase from other vendors. Customer Service did some research into the issue and got it resolved. They are an absolute delight to work with! I am confident they will find a solution for you!

I'm having this same issue and no action was taken on this today. I'm being patient, but it is kinda frustrating that the website is having these kinds of issues.

I think my Hellbreakers sub isn't populating properly, I have an active Adventure Path subscription, and all it's showing is a Curse of the Crimson Throne pocket edition to be shipped, no Hellbreakers to be seen.
However my adventure subs is showing that Troubles from Grayce is all set to ship in April.

Not a subscriber, but I purchased Hellbreakers on Demiplane and the PDF still hasn't shown up in my Paizo library. Never had any issues with this before and I still discounts on Demiplane for stuff I have bought on Paizo.com is showing up correctly, so it does not seem it is a token refresh issue. I have disconnected and set a new token just to be safe, but this didn't help.

If you haven’t done so, log a ticket with CS. I’ve had to do this pretty much every month since the new store launched…
