Idk if this should go in the bug report thread or not, but I keep checking the store for the Black Friday-Cyber Monday sales and I keep seeing everything still at its regular price. Also seems like yesterday's Lore sale just straight up didn't happen or just disappeared. Been hoping to get some adventures today in PDF so hopefully if this is an issue, it gets fixed soon.

The discount appears once the item is in the cart. With that said, not ideal in my opinion.
From my own sample of 'window shopping', PDFs of Monster Core 2 and Howl of the Wild Remaster are 30% off. Pathfinder Tokens: Character Gallery for FVTT is 25% off. Surprisingly and disappointingly the Pathfinder Basic Box Set for FVTT is not discounted. (Considering there is going to be a new basic box supposedly coming in Feb.)

I sent this question into the support team with another issue I am having, but I suppose I will ask it here too. Has the discount for owning the pdfs of an adventure towards a foundry module gone away? If it has I find that rather disappointing. I run most of my games through foundry and have been for a long while. The fact that I get the pdfs and the discount on the module is really the whole reason I am doing the subscription to get the physical adventure books. Maybe I just missed something with the new site though.

This is indeed a change due to the new store not being able to gate discounts based on ownership, it was announced in one of the blogs:
Foundry VTT: We’ve been offering two different versions of Foundry VTT products: one that includes the PDF and the code together, and one that offers just the code at a discount for customers who already owned the PDF. The new store unfortunately can’t support gating a product behind PDF ownership, so we’ll be offering our Foundry modules exclusively as code-only items and pricing them similarly to the code-only Paizo products already available for purchase on the official Foundry storefront.
While that does mean that our existing PDF + Foundry bundles and discounts for PDF ownership will be going away with the launch of the new store, we fully plan to explore new options in the near future that can offer a similar combined value to customers who invest deeply into digital content.

I redeemed Gold for a $20 Society Coupon, copied the code, added 2 Starfinder Society scenarios and 2 Pathfinder Society scenarios which was over $20, but am getting a "Your order does not meet the minimum total for this coupon code to be applied." error when I tried to apply it. Is this expected? Does the coupon need to be applied to SFS or PFS, but cannot be mixed and matched? Will the coupon last until the new scenarios are released... next month... well, I guess, later this month?
BTW, I like the new release schedule pages (even if they load a little slowly), but they appear to be missing the Society scenarios.

This is feedback I have already sent to the team! Yes, the discounts did show in your cart once items were added, but it was made clear to me on social media as well that our community would prefer to see the discount on the actual product page BEFORE adding it to the cart instead. I've let them know!

I don't want to be a downer, but that's not a tradeoff, it's just a downgrade. Same price as the old pdf+code bundle, but now you don't get the pdfs? Unless I'm misunderstanding how the new version works and it does give you the pdfs.

Is there an estimated timeline on when PaizoPlus should reflect all prior purchases in points and tier? When I sent in a trouble call on day one I was told it was a known issue and to just wait, but I see other people commenting that the issue has been resolved for them.

On a general note, next time please try to improve the page (and your business model) in smaller steps. Replacing the whole store at once might seem like a smart marketing move: "Here, see, we have a new store!". But more changes at once mean (many) more issues at once, ruining the initial experience. Since the changes interact with each other, the amount of issues increases in a superlinear manner.
Yeah, yeah, it sounds nosey and like armchair advice. Either way, it was written to help.

Legacy Paizo Advantage and Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path subscriber rewards are being carried over into the new store. We'll be sending an email out to those customers once we have migrated their accounts and subscriptions over to the rewards in the new store; it is not an automatic process. Both of those groups are customers that have maintained an active Pathfinder Adventure Path subscription since the launch of Pathfinder.
Can please we get an update/clarification on this? Totally understand that it is a process that will take time, so if it’s coming it’s coming, but there were several replies pointing out that there people with Legacy Paizo Advantage who weren’t subscribers since the start. I am certain I am not alone in wanting to know if we will be getting that discount going forward, especially in light of increased shipping costs and rising international tariffs.

Just to be sure I understand... since the Legacy Pathfinder advantages have not been transferred to the new shop yet, should I wait till this is done before buying new books or should I make the order and contact the Customer Service to have the advantage manually applied?
I don't mind waiting (depending on how long it is going to take), but I also don't want to add to the (most likely already huge) TODO pile of the Customer Service.
(And, just to be clear, this is in no way a snide comment about the Customer Service people - they have always been very helpful and very friendly.)

This is going to lead to me purchasing neither,a s the discount was key to being able to afford the AP's. And with the swap to single, bigger ticket books, I do not think I will be interested in buying adventure paths in the future, despite how much I enjoy them. PLEASE reconsider or try and find a better work around.

I am going to preface this by saying that I really don't like being antagonistic on the internet but this, I think, deserves some more clarity.
The code-only modules are not available to everyone now or at least not at the price that pdf ownership got you for them previously.
I purchased the code-only module for Seven Dooms for Sandpoint (after buying the pdf) for $19.99 in September. That same module is now priced at $44.99. Given how you position it here and the lack of any mention of the pdf being included in the purchase of the module on the new shop, I am working on the assumption that this module no longer comes with the pdf either (mea culpa if I got this wrong).
Now, I am sure I'm in the minority when I say that I don't actually think that is an unreasonable price point for the module - it clearly is a completely separate work stream from producing the pdf and it is very apparent that a huge amount of work goes into these modules (from new maps to custom macros to music).
Nonetheless, I need you to understand that even from this perspective you are burning good will - there is no upside here from a customer perspective: you have just doubled the cost of the VTT modules. Blaming this on a new system no longer allowing a certain kind of discount is honestly just a bit silly - you could have just uncoupled the products and reduced the price of the VTT module so it works out as the same as the previous bundle or separate purchase of pdf and then module did.
Again I want to reiterate I personally don't think the pricing here is unreasonable and I do remember there being a lot of people being quite frustrated that owning the hard copies didn't get you a discount but owning the pdfs did - so overall doing away with the bundling/discount maybe would have been the right move regardless.
But please, please don't try to use any of this to hide a price increase as it will just lose you good will from everyone.

I’ve talked about this in a few other threads, but with the recent launch of the new storefront, it probably bears another explanation.
So, on the old Paizo store, you typically had two options for buying a Foundry module: a “bundle” option which contained the Foundry code and a PDF of the same content, and a “code” option, purchasable only if you already owned the PDF, which cost the same as the bundle minus the price of that PDF. This created the (entirely reasonable) perception that when you bought a $34.99 FVTT bundle, you were buying a $15 Foundry module alongside a $19.99 PDF, which is what you're referring to when you talk about "uncoupling the products".
In retrospect, though, we really probably shouldn't have called the former option a “bundle”, because that wasn’t actually our intention. Our intention was that the Foundry module itself would be priced at $34.99, which was meant to cover both the cost of developing the adventure in the first place and the cost of converting it into a Foundry module. The reason the “bundles” included the PDF was that we didn’t feel it was fair to make you pay twice for the adventure-development part just to be able to read through or reference it away from your PC, so we’d throw in the PDF as a free bonus if you didn’t have it. The code-only version was our way of applying that same concept in the other direction: if we knew that you'd bought the adventure content already, we'd just charge for the Foundry-conversion part.
This worked great with the old store, because it was a completely bespoke piece of software that allowed Paizo's tech team to add new features to support pretty much any weird edge case that might come up. The new storefront, however, is currently missing a few features that it needs to support this functionality: it doesn’t have a way of gating the ability to purchase one product behind ownership of another (so we can’t offer you a discounted code for owning the PDF), and it doesn’t have a way to tie two digital products together as one item (so we can’t sell you the module and throw in the PDF for free). We looked into several potential solutions for this problem, but all of them either didn’t work the way we needed them to or introduced some sort of new issue, so our best option in the short term ended up being to just make the codes available to everyone as standalone products. We can’t offer them at the old code-only price, because that would mean slashing the cost of every module almost in half regardless of whether you’ve already bought the adventure in another format, but we did discount them slightly to make up for the fact that we’re no longer able to throw in a free PDF, which also brought them in line with the preexisting code-only prices on the official Foundry storefront.
I will freely admit that this is an imperfect solution, but it’s also not a permanent one. We know, especially now, that both the free PDF and the discount for already owning one were very important considerations for our Foundry customers, and our basic underlying philosophy that owning the Foundry module shouldn’t obligate you to pay again for that same adventure content in another format (and vice versa) remains the same; we just haven’t yet figured out how to make that work on the new store platform. Now that we’ve finally launched, both the Paizo tech team and our external partners are fully dedicated to continuing to improve the Paizo store experience, and bringing back the ability to offer you a value similar to what you used to get from our Foundry + PDF offerings – as well as better support for digital products in general – is high up on their list.

I have to say that not having an explicit list of my subscriptions as well as the existing listing of upcoming products is an extremely poor decision on the designer's part.

What I miss is being able to look up previous orders (that page wasn't without its issues).
The knock-on effect is the lack of the notice on a product page informing me that I already purchased that product, when, and with a link to the order.
Between the two, it made it easy for me to work my way through purchasing items (like minis) without missing some and repurchasing others. So, now I have to manually keep a separate database, which then becomes an intense amount of work.
Having that "You last purchased this on..." notice was fantastic and I wish more stores would do this.
I'm guessing this is done to reduce the load on the database and static pages are quicker to send. If that's the case, I'd at least like the orders page back with the ability to search it, the old one was clunky at best.
Edit:
When I click on the link for previous orders, I am taken to the order page. There just isn't an option in My Account to go to My Orders.

Dear Goblins,
I am still trying to get caught up with all the changes required for the new store site. I did not realize it would be such a manually intensive undertaking and assumed all my subscriptions and benefits would automatically continue.
I initially sent an email to customer service about my concerns on November 21st but have had no reply.
I was a legacy Pathfinder subscriber from day one. I converted my Dragon and Dungeon magazine subscription credits over to Pathfinder back at launch.
I have just resubmitted all 11 of my subscriptions to the new store, plus one for Paizo fiction. However, due to complications with the store transfer, my December subscriptions were not in effect. I also ordered the three December items that I knew about manually. Can I be granted complimentary pdf's? Also can I still be granted Legacy subscriber status or is that gone forever since my subscriptions technically lapsed?
I have no order history under the new system, under the old system I had 534 orders.
Under Paizo Plus, I have 0 gold and Expert status despite my order history under the old system.
These are a list of discounts I had under the old system.
Legacy Paizo Advantage
Legacy Paizo Advantage - Adventure Path
Paizo Advantage
Paizo Advantage (Tier 1)
Paizo Advantage (Tier 2)
I have no discounts under the new system.
I understand that the company has put the customer service personnel under extreme pressure for this undertaking, but I was hoping these issues could have been resolved before I missed the December subscriptions. Now the issues seem even more complicated.
Thank you for your assistance,

I've let them know!
Throwing in my two coppers that, when I browsed the sale and didn't see sale prices listed on the featured sale items, I assumed something broke with the sale process on the new store; I didn't even try adding things to the cart and skipped buying anything at all because of it. If there was mention anywhere in the sale blog/ post/ summary bits about that being how you saw the discounts, I missed it entirely, but at least now I know for potential Christmas sales.

Received a response from customer service last night, granting me pdf's for the December products and correcting my Paizo Plus gold amount from 0 to 3622. They are working on my Legacy Adventure Path Subscriber discount. However, the representative stated that they cannot grant me Legendary status, so I am still an Expert despite spending over $2500 last year.
I thank them for their hard work, but it is disappointing to know I will not earn Legendary rates for my purchases and even more disappointing to find I will miss out on Legendary Loot exclusives since I am an avid collector and own (almost) every product Paizo has ever released.

I have a question on when my tier status will be updated. I bought some stuff during the Black Friday sale with the transaction going through last Monday (Dec 1st), but the amount I've spent in the "earning period" is still not updated. When will this get updated? We've still got some time before the next subscription stuff, but the order will push me into the Legendary tier. I feel like I remember that tier provides the 15% discount on subscriptions, but I haven't re-checked the blog post to verify.
Also, I have no idea if my subscription that got me the Draconic Codex also already been applied to the "spending period" because so much stuff was being updated/fixed around that time.
It seems like a lot of things are still in flux in the back-end, but I really hope you guys don't have to manually update Paizo Plus. If you do, you should get your money back from whatever vendor. This feels like something that should happen automatically AND quite quickly.
Related to that and something that is mentioned in the website feedback, is a way to actually know what the "earning period" is. There's nothing that tells you how much time that is and or if/when the period ends/rolls over.

all thrown together so I have to wade through 13 pages of 1st edition to find out the multi pack I may need is unavailable.

The tradeoff is that the code-only modules, which used to require PDF ownership, are now available to everyone, as per the Foundry team! How is this going to affect Fantasy Grounds? This never got answered so I'm replying to signal boost it.
Aside, it's not clear to me if the discount for owning the pdf via paizo sync to all partners (FG, demiplane, etc) is working yet?
I skipped Black Friday due to some of the issues reported with storefront.
Thanks for trying to answer re: FG.

It seems to be working again at the Fantasy Grounds website.

There are no updates, but it's being worked on! Syncing with our partners is a known issue!

Supporting what others have said, having physical/PDFs as different entries and no longer being able to see what is in our library on the store front is a major QoL loss. The new store is much prettier, but much harder to navigate. I could handle the former if I could see what I already had at a glance and filter by physical vs PDF, but as it stands it is very difficult for me to use this storefront.

Ok, so I'm going to do my best to express my feelings without it becoming a rant. I am someone who has had a subscription for several years to 4 product lines (as a significant number of us since the WotC OGL). Likewise, I am someone who has had to spend a good half hour to see how the new Paizo "plus" system would affect me. Ultimately I've come to the following conclusions:
1. I have no interest in doing any of the gold earning tasks. I considered making the decision to review every product with one star and a statement "i have reviewed this", but while GenX pettiness might be fun, I have better things to do.
2. I appear to have the 15% level of discount for the next year. Discovering this information was non-trivial FYI as "My Account" is not where that info was located.
3. I appear to have the gold to obtain the free society modules for the foreseeable future - but the mobile gamification of using pretend-dollars is confusing (thus why it is used).
IF at any point my price increases by the 15% OR i don't have the gold to obtain the society modules, I cancel. If at any point I feel like I can get a better price via Nexus + Amazon, I cancel. If at any point the hassle of adding the modules to my cart pushes my "this is enshitification" buttons just a bit too far I cancel.
Hopefully this didn't come across as a rant. I likewise hope that the CEO will observe that there are definitely unintended consequences for making a game out of what was a loyalty program: when you play games with a loyal customer, their loyalty fades quickly.

Customer Service reached out very early this morning and was able to grant me Legendary status based on my past order history.
As I stated to them, this entire transition has been stressful for those of us who got dropped off into the Never Never and realize it is multitudes worse for the Customer Service Goblins. I just hope it is all worth it in the end for the company and hobby as a whole.

I was looking to use my new gold to snatch up the Pathfinder Society Adventure Card Guild scenarios I was missing. I really love the card game! Apparently, the Card Guild scenarios do not count for the $10 and $20 off Society redemptions, so I had to use standard $10 and $20 off redemptions to get them. However, only seasons 4 and 5 are completely available on the store, with roughly half the scenarios from 2 and 3 available, and none from seasons 0, 1, 6, and 7.
I am specifically looking to complete seasons 3, 6, and 7.

Good for you, they told me I was SOL on what I'd spent.

I looked into your account and saw that you have been granted points based on your 2024-2025 spending. If we missed anything, please reach out to Customer Service and let us know.
