Definitely finding the number of redraws (goblins, orcs, kobolds, etc) of previously released miniatures concerning. Hoping this is just happening for the first PF2 Battles release and not a harbinger of things to come. There will be a deluge of 3PP releasing "new" PF2 modules which are just updated versions of a PF1 module, so I likewise don't want to see this become a thing for miniatures where the sets have figures that have been in other sets but look different due to new art.

Wanna second this. If you really like being mini accurate and bought and painted older PF minis I don’t wanna be updating/repainting minis that clash with art drastically every new edition.

Hello,

Didn't know where else to ask. I miss hearing Dan and all the fun lore topics in my car ride from pathfinder fridays. I know it ended a while ago but I wanted to ask if that was a permanent thing or temporary?

Just so I know whether I can keep my hopes up.
It was one of the best ways for me to learn some of the lore in my busy day to day and miss hearing from the creators of the world and system.

I also noticed this and was disappointed. As a black female, seeing someone with my skin tone as a younger girl was so impactful to me when I opened up the original rulebook.

In my community, being a darker tone individual can come with its own set of struggles (I remember being called ugly because of my skin).
Seeing someone like her in an rpg book being a hero and amazing means a lot. To see her skin get lightened here disappoints me a lot. :(

Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with this rendition of my favourite Iconic character.

However, Doktor Weasel is correct with regards to his assessment of the lighting used in the artwork.
the model I used is of African descent with a darker skin colour. When viewed under warm bright light (That I wanted for this image) her skin took on a warmer hue. As soon as she put on my cuirass (breastplate) her skin tone brightened even more due to the reflected light from the metal.
Everybody's skin hue changes as the light changes. It also changes depending upon temperature, what they're wearing and what they've been doing......
Though some of it can depend upon the camera taking the photograph too.

You may notice that in an upcoming rendition of Seeleh, her skin looks darker due to the environment that she's been depicted in.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to my comment. It means a lot that the artist is willing to address my concerns cause it shows me that you care about what I’m saying enough to address it.

I’m glad to know that this is just a environmental context and that her skin tone hasn’t been lightened.

I hope you understand the context of my own concern. Colorism is a very real issue in communities of color and I’ve grown up seeing magazine covers and other media purposely lighten women of color skin tones toward the goal of making them more “acceptable” or beautiful. This is extremely common and is a pretty hurtful practice overall for a multitude of reasons.

I’m glad to get re-assurance directly from you that this was not the intent (but rather the specific lighting of the piece is at play here) and that Seelah’s skin tone will be preserved across editions.

Liberty's Edge

I'm all set. I called and talked to Virgnia.

Thank you

Liberty's Edge

Ah I see. I assumed I was already charged.

How much is the additional cost for shipping if i seperate the order?

I'm also perfectly okay with being charged now and waiting for the shipment as well if that is an option.

Liberty's Edge

Honestly, I don’t care if the Sandpoint book ships sooner or later- I just want access to the digital content now. I’m totally fine waiting for the book to ship with the figure if I could read and use the pdf in the interim.

Is it only possible to get this once it ships?

Liberty's Edge

Hello, My subscription is new for the campaign setting. I got it specifically so I could get access to the pdf version of the new sandpoint book.

However, the order is marked as pending and it says I wont get the pdf till the order ships. I assume other items that are shipping with it are holding up the order.

I want access to the pdf now however for session prep in my rotrl game, especially since I believe it's available to buy today...

My order is Order 5309102

Thank you

This has made me so hyped. I’m currently running RotRL (in 5e) and introduced some new folks to ttrpg with the beginner box. Sandpoint is becoming increasingly near to my heart. Can’t wait to learn more about it!

Liberty's Edge

Any sign of this? I'd like a Sandpoint devil sidequest as well?

This was brought up in the past- but has paizo considered making a way for those who purchase digital copies of the comic to also be able to receive a digital version of the map. I got into the comics via the humble bundle and so am caught up with the series. Correct me if this is already an option- but searching older posts in this thread it seemed like it isn't.

I considered now buying digital versions but realize I'd miss out on the maps (I think digital versions of some or all the maps of older comics I got in the humble bundle so I figured it must be possible).

I went and checked through the book. The only NPC missing from the book is "Maelin Shreed". I wasn't able to find a picture for him.

It would probably be useful for someone to verify the individual store links for things like Adventure Paths. The individual links for the various groupings don't work. They redirect back to the main adventure path page. The listings are available at the bottom of the page however for individual products

Just want to 2nd this...I tried to access the pathfinder miniatures in the store to purchase a few things and am unable to navigate to them. I keep getting rerouted to a page that is blank except for the header or to the main paizo.com page.

Hello,
I recently purchased the anniversary edition rise of the runelords and am using it to pull NPC pictures to make my own cards since the Paizo face cards are sold up and ridiculously marked up in price 2nd hand online.
I'm wondering however, if all the faces for NPCs from the "Rise of the Runelords" face cards show up in the anniversary edition?
I'm hoping someone who happens to own the actual face cards could let me know?
If not all the NPC pictures are in the book, what other campaign setting books have the rest of the npc pictures? Or are there portraits only in the face cards not in other sources?

Liberty's Edge

Also will add to the chorus. I'm looking to run a RotRL campaign and these are prohibitively expensive second hand. Print on demand would be great.

Liberty's Edge

I think I realize the top toolbar doesn't work when accessing the website from my iphone or ipad (so a mobile device).

Liberty's Edge

Unsure if this is an issue for others but the community page now takes me to a blank page. I have to google paizo forums to get here.

Liberty's Edge

Checking back...again. Still want to purchase this box.

Liberty's Edge

Seconding the questions - is this going to be sold as a physical item in the future?

Liberty's Edge

I appreciate the help. I got the confirmation email. Thank you :)

Liberty's Edge

Hello!

First, really happy to receive my order (I have been waiting for the bestiary box to come back in stock for a while)

However, one of the pages (the one with the demon- Dretch (7) and dog (11) has some portion of it misprinted. All the small monsters seem to be printed higher than what the pawns are. The dog's, devil- imp's, and demon- dretch's (arms and face) faces are partially cut off as a result and while the others fit on the pawn, i don't think they're suppose to be that high (i probably won't be able to hide the names with the pawn in play).

It's a small issue but I was really excited to get this product and was disappointed to see this issue. I don't know if there is anything that can be done about it on your end? I have a picture of the misprint I can also send in as well.

Thanks and best.

Glad to see this was restocked on paizo.com. Will this be stocked at other retailers as well (local game stores/amazon/etc)?
Mostly concerned about additional shipping costs but will deal with that if this is the only place where boxes will be available for a while.

Liberty's Edge

You can find a lot of class conversions on this blog. The person who owns it took the time to consolide his conversions for classes/races/etc into pdfs - they're pretty great

Hello,
Sorry since I know this was answered a few months ago, but I am wondering if there is any update on bringing back this app to iOS.

I went to download it again after purchasing it a couple years back and was disappointed to see it wasn't in the app store. I just started DM-ing again and was hoping to use it with my current group.

Thanks!
