Woooh! I went ahead and dropped the first review for the player core (it might not be, actually, considering there still isn't one on the page, other people might have also left ones that haven't shown up yet).
I'm kind of excited for this gold thing, I wasn't getting paizo advantage since I didn't have a use for a fourth sub, but now I'll get some discounts out of it.
It also looks like my subs are there... but that they say January First for the sub order, I dropped lost omens sub into my cart and ordered it 'again' to try and reset it before I saw it was a known issue, not sure if that'll work, but I guess it doesn't matter at that point.

Right now for Revenge of the Runelords: Into the Apocalypse Archive and the Draconic Codex, I am only seeing options for either add to pre-order now or add to my January 1st subscription.
How do I get these Now?
Or when will the December Subscription orders be submitted?

It feels a bit frustrating to go to my library and find it so unpolished. There's a bunch of numbered products; 2097455 is the "name" of one. That seems to be one of the free products that will no longer be in our library, a player guide to one of the APs. Group by category was initially missing all my Pathfinder products, but that seems to have fixed itself. Publish Date/Last Downloaded/Last Updated are now all missing.
Headbangingly, the top of the page says "Having trouble with your download? Check out our FAQ for common download issues." That's the only place on the page FAQ is mentioned, and it's not hyperlinked.

I'm very excited about the new store! Some of the tagging is a little lacking (searching for "plane" doesn't present Planar Adventures at all in the results), but being able to manage subscriptions is a big plus! I also *thought* that I had a Lost Omens subscription, but didn't see it listed in my subscriptions, so I "ordered" it again.
(Side note on that: I would love some new planar content beyond the elemental planes! Planar cosmology, travel between planes, denizens of outer plans, transitive planes, etc., I can't get enough!)
However, I don't remember those inside page previews on the old site. I'm buzzing with excitement for this month's Lost Omens release!

subscriptions are missing as is payment information. I see the subscriptions area known issue. I can't seem to access the thread on the original paizo plus announcement to double check what was said about legacy paizo advantages with the new store

New store looks great, but I see a lot of glitch gremlins running around. I hope you all have speedy success in getting the gremlins under control. But I can definitely see the how much better the store will be!

You'll receive your notification of the pending December subscription products on Wednesday. If you're subscribed to the lines you are expecting, there is nothing more that you need to do. If you're completely missing a subscription, please add it back to your account through the subscription pages.

So far the only problems I've had are,
1.Old web page still comes up. have to go to the store section to correct it to the new one.
2.payment method won't accept new options/re-add old ones.(Though strangely the subscription page still shows the old payment method as active)
3.Current subscription page has the right subscriptions on(Starfinder & Pathfinder Rulebooks, plus Lost Omens), However the Draconic Codex isn't showing and the page says Next Order Jan 1.
I'm guessing all of the above is just first day glitches and will be resolved by the end of the week.
P.S. I'm hoping this doesn't affect my Draconic Codex Lost Omen Guide Subscription cause that type of glitch would suck.

This likely means we had a problem transferring your payment method and/or address into the new system. Please resubscribe to the lines you're interested in and then reach out to customer service and ask them to make sure you get your legacy advantage perk.

Anyone else having issues creating their new account to by the pathfinder 2e books? I've been at it for the past 40 minutes and had me do everything from change my password to putting in my banking information multiple times and it spits out everything I try.
If you already have an account, please click the Forgot Password link at sign-in. We haven't seen other reports of problems creating an account, but let us know if you have any issues.

Here is a question I hadn't thought about before. Where will the $0 dollar products be hosted in the future? Things like Player’s Guides, and some of the Quests, and a few other items.

After making the account and going to the subscription page it says that I have no subscriptions, yet I had quite a few before. Did I lose my legacy pricing with this?

This is going to sound negative, but I don't mean it to be. Just bug reports. A couple of early observations:
1. Old Paizo Connect codes don't appear to be working anymore (not surprising)
2. New Paizo Connect codes don't appear to take in partner sites yet (I tried HLO, which I had to deactivate and now can't reactivate, and asked for instructions for update at Demiplane)
3. I'm not getting an indication of whether or not I've purchased a product on the product page, nor on the catalog pages.
4. I haven't yet found the upcoming subscription ship dates and my package schedule.
5. Society products appear to be a little behind? I have downloaded some products that aren't listed. Transition syncing?
6. My test review doesn't appear to have registered Gold yet. Is there a delay for verification or something?
7. My library doesn't appear to have my Foundry codes anymore. The page reads that it is for PDFs. OK, but then where are my codes (I can still find them on the old site and I've claimed them already in any case).
8. I... think my subscriptions transferred, except, of course, Society subscriptions. If I have to purchase the Society adventures maunally, it would help to see what I have and have not already purchased for these lines in particular. Actually, I suppose that goes for Foundry, too. Previously I would check the "In Your Library" notation.

$0 products will be stored next to the products they're supporting. For example, Player Guides and PFS/SFS sanctioning documents are direct downloads on the Adventure Path pages. You'll find others on the Pathfinder and Starfinder landing pages.

Please sign up for the new subscriptions and reach out to Customer Service and let them know. They'll set you back up for legacy pricing on those subscription lines.

I've added this to the known issues list. We are investigating.

This isn't functionality that is built into BigCommerce but we understand how useful that would be. I've put this on our roadmap for a future date.
4. I haven't yet found the upcoming subscription ship dates and my package schedule.
We're working on a replacement release schedule. In the meantime, we are updating subscription pages with the Order By dates and listing the upcoming releases in the subscription product.
Subscribers will receive an email verifying their subscriptions on Wednesday for the December releases. Cards will be charged/PDFs released/Shipping to begin on 11/24.

Looks like we missed a few products. The store team is working on that now.

I think the solution to this would be covered in #3 or some additional work on the library. It's on the roadmap.

Store seems good. I am glad SF2 got a pocket edition sub, instant sign up for me there.
Unfortunately the library/download page is a mess and somehow less usable that the old one.
On mobile no drop downs or filter menus work in portrait and are partially cut off in landscape.
Using any sorting options limits a category to only 5 results per and you have to page through 20+ pages when the list could just extend down. The categories that exist are incredibly lacking and thus not very useful anyways. It needs a lot of work imo.
As others I have 0 gold despite having years of subs and legacy advantage.
I also like others hate that products don't list if we have purchased them, I know you said it is on the road map but when that was a core existing feature of the old system it shouldn't be able to be skipped over.
You peeps are gonna have a busy week, Driftspeed!

It seems I am logged in and can post here, but can't access account for any past purchases as it says my password is wrong.
Also, the reviews for past products seem to be removed, which is, not cool at all. Especially for older PFS scenarios I've been adapting to my campaigns the lack of any information whether or not they were good and what feedback people had after running/playing them is not a good experience
EDIT: also the search seems to be pretty bad. After searching for "Kingmaker" I'm getting a lot of random battle figures instead of the Kingmaker AP book, despite sorting by "revelance". It says 94 results but is only showing up 12 products, with no second page link. All of these results are from the Pathfinder Battles line. This feels like a big step back compared to old store
EDIT2: I've tried to post a review but it seems they have to be approved by moderators before appearing on site. At this point you might as well just remove the product review section, what's the point of having it when only the good ones are showing up. This is also a step back compared to old site

I've about the same experiences (both good and bad) as the rest, as well as the same troubles with sorting the downloads. Some further comments;
The filter functions on the store page appear to be broken, at least as it concerns sorting by newest. Curiously, I've only seen it happen on adventures, APs, and rulebooks. Rage of Elements is shown as the newest rulebook, Seven Dooms for Sandpoint appears before Shades of Blood etc.
Additionally, some digital products look to be missing entirely. I've not checked everything, but at least the Remastered Gatewalkers has no PDF version, whereas other compilations (Abomination Vaults, Fists of the Ruby Phoenix) do. I cannot tell if this is intentional. On that matter, while perhaps not an error, I find it very inconvenient that the digital and physical books are now different pages. It used to be you would find an item's store page and have the option of purchasing it in physical or PDF form. Having to wrangle the new page is a point of frustration (or perhaps simply annoyance).
Lastly, and not necessarily a comment on the new store, I'm wondering when the "near future" mentioned in the prior blog might be for the new plan that's replacing Foundry VTT product discounts. With them now being at full price even if you own the PDF, it makes me feel disinclined to purchase anything that I might wish to run in Foundry, as buying only the Foundry module is both effective and cost-efficient. I'm hoping whatever workaround is devised will not be strictly inferior to the prior discount.
Anyway, that's a lot of complaining, so I want to say that actually using the new store is very good. I was able to complete a purchase very easily, and it didn't give me any of the troubles the old store did. Very well done there.

1. Why is it so hard to find PDFs? It seems they are missing for the most part. I only found adventures.
2. When will the wishlists be converted to the new store?
3. The store doesn't show what is already owned, that was on the old one (showed "in your downloads")
4. The Foundry+PDF bundles seem to be missing too.
5. Some items in my library are missing titles (these are usually the free adventure)
6. No last downloaded time set in my library, and it doesn't add when downloading (also missing "mark as downloaded" feature)

The new website has changed the country of some of my addresses to the United states .. I guess that has a massive potential to mess with all of the international customers.
Yeah, I updated all my addresses after logging in. Hopefully all will be well for the December shipment. Currently it's showing that I got suscriptions for January, hmmm...

Looks like quite an improvement overall.
A few things, though:
1) In https://store.paizo.com/pathfinder/pathfinder-first-edition/ the Player Companions didn't get an icon yet.
2) It takes a lot of scrolling to look through the pages. On my 1920x1080 display I only see a single line of products - which consists of 4 or 5 entries only. Zooming out doesn't really work. It looks like the UI is geared towards mobile - please consider a modified version for PC users.
3) I had to reset my password. Not a biggie, but please don't torture your customers with visual captchas.

Where are the new payment options?
I looked at my subscriptions and they are still there but it won't let me change payment method, I'd like to change to Paypal. So I figured I would have to add the subscription again so I tried that, added the Lost Omens subscription to my cart, tried to checkout, and it's only giving options for credit card or US bank account. I'm not seeing Paypal as an option?
(Also in Account>Payment Methods I only see credit card or Stripe as options, no Paypal there either)

I see two bugs for my subscriptions:
* “Starfinder Adventures Subscription” is there twice.
* There is a “Lost Omens World Guides Subscription” that is no longer available to subscribe right now; the line is now called “Pathfinder Lost Omens Subscription”. Is that a problem? Will that just be merged as you fix bugs?

I remember people asking for this sub, and it was very hard not to say "IT'S COMING I SWEAR!" ^_^ Thank you for this feedback though! We're passing it all as well as any bugs along!

Just to note, this process is not to allow us to only post good reviews! This is to prevent a handful of trolls we have who, though banned from the forums because of their repeated actions against our guidelines, were reviewing negatively just to do it out of spite from being banned from the forums. It was NOT to only allow us to post just the good reviews. All reviews will be posted. It's to allow us to filter out the spam reviews.

My question is if I never buy another thing from paizo, will i still be able to access my existing downloads on the "old" digital content page forever? Or will there come a day when the old downloads will disappear?
And will new purchases show up in old downloads? or will I have to get them from the new store downloads page? As it stands now, it seems like some titles just have a number on the new page, So I have no idea what those products are, and so the old page seems to be better than what they just spent a week on.
Also it seems so unintuitive to have 2 different passwords for different parts of the website

I emailed support about the legacy discounts/gold missing from the account.
Question: Am I supposed to see my purchase history and downloads on the store site now? Not seeing those either and didn't realize that until after I sent the support ticket.... boo I do still see my digital downloads here on the main site.
Update: Found the library on the new site, going through it now, still no purchase history.
I did re add the subs I wanted per Jim's direction before emailing in. Hope you guys get the quirks worked out soon.

Once you click it, then it shows you the contents, so you can still see it before downloading, but not before clicking on it.

I expect this is because those products 'do not exist' at the moment (e.g. the VTT token packs on the Store) but thought I should bring it up in case they should list but ought show as errors etc atm. Many items are not showing on the new site that I have on the original. Example: Pathfinder First Edition on the new site shows just The Emerald Spire when I sort by category. I have hundreds of pdf's for First Edition.
That is just scratching the surface. Still reading through, hoping this is a known issue and is just a matter that the files haven't been populated and not me having to go through 1 to 1 and match up what I own to make sure they are on the new site.... I own a lot.....

Once you click it, then it shows you the contents, so you can still see it before downloading, but not before clicking on it.
The library has several bugs that we're currently squashing! Thanks for letting us know!
