You need to make a save again.
Poison, rule about stacking poison (third paragraph)
poison faq, maybe this can clarify some things, or maybe confuse you more.

Bite—injury; save Fort DC 17; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d2 Con; cure 1 save.
If you are bitten and fail a DC 17 save, you lose 1d2 Con. On your turn, you have to save (DC 17) again or lose 1d2 Con. If you pass, the poison ends, since it requires one save to cure.
If you are hit again by the same poison while still affected, you will have to make a DC 19 save, and it will increase the remaining duration by 50%, three rounds. On your turn, you'll need to save (DC 19) or lose 1d2 Con.
Yes, you need to save every time you're bitten, and again on your turn.

The "I drank what?" FAQ is a very good resource. The short summary for your situation:
If you have already failed a save vs. the poison, then every time a King Cobra bites you you have to make another save at a DC of 2 more than the current DC. (So DC19 for the second bite.) If you make the save, nothing happens. 1/round saving throws continue to be DC17. If you fail the save, three things happen:
1) You take the damage of the poison (1d2 Con)
2) The remaining duration increases by half the initial duration (3 rounds)
3) All future DCs increase by 2 (DC19 for the 1/round saves and DC21 for the next bite).
You still only need to make 1 of your 1/round saves to clear all the poison. At that point everything resets, you aren't poisoned any more, and the next bite is back to the initial DC17.

cure 3 consecutive saves.
You would have to make a save every time you are bitten, and at the start of every turn. I believe only the saves at the start of your turn count as successes against poison afflicting you.
For instance. You are bitten and fail. You are poisoned and need to save every round for 6 rounds. If you pass the save 3 times in a row, it ends (so you could be rid of it in 3 rounds). If you fail, you have to restart.
I do not believe it's intended to count new applications (ie. getting bitten while afflicted) as successes when you save to avoid them (failing will extend the duration and up the DC). Otherwise you could have instances where a character could fail against a poison, then get freed because they were hit by three other sources.
For example: A snake bites your character and you fail, but before your turn where you have to save, four other snakes bite you and you save, it shouldn't suddenly clear the one you failed, succeeding just means you didn't get the extended duration and higher DCs.
Others may disagree, but I don't think it's the intention that getting bitten by more poisonous creatures makes the poison leave the character faster.

for example if the poison did this how many saves u must make after the first bite ??
Snake bite, viper fangs, save Fort frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1d4 Dex damage, 1d4 Con damage, and vulnerable to sonic for 1 minute; cure 3 consecutive saves. The save DC is Constitution-based.

It does not.
Initial saves that negate the poison entirely never count toward the cure line, nor do they count against it in terms of consecutive saves needed.
In Mr. Critical's example:
1) After you fail your first save, you must attempt one save per round until either(A) 6 rounds have passed or
(B) You have succeeded on the saving throw in 3 consecutive rounds, whichever comes first.
2) If you are bitten again before (A) or (B) happens, you immediately attempt a saving throw at a DC 2 higher than the current DC.
-If you succeed, nothing changes
-If you fail, you take the damage -AND- the remaining duration increases by 3 rounds -AND- the DC of all future saves increases by 2.
Example:
You are bitten and fail the save, taking the initial damage and becoming poisoned. Over your next two turns you succeed on the saving throw twice, taking no more damage, while avoiding being bitten. You now need only one more save (or 4 rounds) to clear the poison. Unfortunately you get bitten again and fail that saving throw. You take the damage and the remaining duration increases to 7 rounds. However, if you make the next saving throw on your turn (at a DC two higher than before), you have now made 3 consecutive saving throws on your turns and the poison is entirely cleared.
