Does the Android Nanite Surge Ancestry feat "Offensive Subroutine" work with spells that require an attack roll?

Good question, I don't know, but I wonder if the answer has to do with, do other status bonuses that apply to attack rolls also apply to spell attack rolls?

Thanks, I should have known that, but likely forgot because I never use spells with attack rolls.
