You are asking if you can use a weapon to make the AoO from Vicious Stomp?
Benefit: Whenever an opponent falls prone adjacent to you, that opponent provokes an attack of opportunity from you. This attack must be an unarmed strike.
It must be an unarmed strike. (Or something that specifically says it counts as an Unarmed Strike. "Monk" weapons do not inherently count as unarmed strikes. The monk special feature on a weapon just means it can be used as part of a flurry of blows.)

Brawler constructed pugilist as an example has the
Constructed Limb (Ex): A constructed pugilist begins play with a special prosthetic limb built for fighting and typically made of iron, steel, stone, or wood, with the corresponding hardness and hit points (see Table 7-13). She treats attacks with this limb as unarmed strikes that gain all the benefits of the brawler’s unarmed strike class feature. She treats the limb as a light weapon and is proficient with it. Removing or reattaching the constructed limb takes 10 minutes.
Other weapons or abilities to use a weapon as such would need similar wording.

the feat Vicious stomp say:
"Vicious Stomp (Combat)
You take advantage of the moment to brutally kick an enemy when he is down.(fluff)
Prerequisites: Combat Reflexes, Improved Unarmed Strike.
Benefit: Whenever an opponent falls prone adjacent to you, that opponent provokes an attack of opportunity from you. This attack must be an unarmed strike."
--
and the feat ascetic style say:
" You blend arms and martial arts, using weapons with the same ease as unarmed strikes.(fluff)
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus with the chosen melee weapon; base attack bonus +1 or monk level 1st.
Benefit: Choose one weapon from the monk fighter weapon group. While using this style and wielding the chosen weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike, as if attacks with the weapon were unarmed attacks..."
--
so you can take weapon focus for a melee weapon from the monk fighter group weapon (say a temple sword) and the ascetic style feat linked to same weapon and from then on you can use feats (that follow the feat requirement) that require an unarmed strike to work with the said weapon instead.
(as long as you entered the style stance. takes a swift action and can usually only be in one style stance at a time)
enjoy!
