just be aware that Combining Magical Effects - Stacking Effects, on d20pfsrd (as aon isn't working) limits stacking effects. So each should be a different bonus type (as you are doing exactly what RAW in this section warns about).
for Ward of the Seasons:A4 (summer) "base speed" is land speed or Spd.
Exp Retreat:T1 Spd:+30 enhc bonus is the basic "go to" spell.

If you wildshape in a form that has that kind of movement, yes, it would.
