As title.
Let's say I choose a weapon to be my banner.
If I use an Interact action to Stow it (so that it is now Worn), does it count as being visible to my allies?
As long as your banner is visible (such as by being af xed to your weapon or worn attached to a pole alongside your backpack)
What if my banner is a polearm? Does the answer change?

I guess I’m trying to imagine the 3+ different setups for Banner passive and active abilities.
1) Your banner is a weapon, which you always wield
2) Your banner is a pole, always attached to your backpack
3) Some combination of the first two
Q) What is the action economy of the combination banner setup?
Does this help clarify what I am asking?

It could definitely use some clarification, but for abilities without the Banner trait, I would say that it being Worn is good enough; it's still visible, so it meets that requirement.
Obviously, for things that actually have the Banner trait, Worn isn't good enough, you have to be holding/wielding it, as per the trait's text.

Banner is worn: +1 Aura, and lets you use some abilities like Form Up.
Banner in your hand or attached to something in your hand (like your polearm): +1 Aura and also can use Banner abilities.
No Banner: no aura, no Banner abilities. Still plenty of things to do, like Guiding Shot.
Swapping is an Action.
Also, I don't see a limit on the number of banners. So you can attach one to 2 different weapons.

This is what I presumed, but wanted to check what others thought.
With a 1st level ability that let's you plant your banner, it opens up questions of getting organized in creating your characters plan(s) inside of a dynamic fight.
I may have to commit to 2 or 3 weapons in order to enjoy multiple styles of banner play - with an additional action cost to switch between them.
There probably should be text about "one banner only" because "I have a banner on my sword, shield, hat, cat, and underwear" is downright silly in that it basically obviates the concept of having a banner itself.
"2 banners" should probably be a class feat.
