Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

I'm having so much fun with the backstory of my character that I'm writing a short story about it. Her background involves being a guide for caravans traversing the Path of Aganhei, but the only reference I can find for what's up there is The Hungry Storm. Are there any stories, perhaps from Pathfinder Tales or any other adventure path that could inform my story? I know it's my story, and I can do with it what I want, but if I can pull in pre-existing lore instead of treading over something that's been established, it might have a larger audience than me and my group. And it would save me some time with the worldbuilding.

Further references that would help: she's a Kellid, from the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, and starts her journey (for the purposes of this story) in Icestair. So anything about her upbringing in a nomadic tribe or the civil and political dynamics of Icestair beyond basic information I've read on the Pathfinder wiki would also be helpful.

I do not know about Icestair, but the Quest for the Frozen Flame AP is all about a nomadic tribe (aka following) in the Realm of the Mammoth Lords.

I wonder how the situation in Icestair might have evolved with all the changes that happened nearby : new Queen in Irrisen, the reclamation of Sarkoris after the Worldwound ended, the rise of the Whispering Tyrant...

There is the "Under frozen stars" adventure from Legendary Games set within the Hungry Storm, but it's 3pp though by the same writer (Jason Nelson).

The Frozen Oath is a free scenario from the PF2 playtest about discovering a lost monument of Amatatsu Aganhei, the namesake of the Path of Aganhei, and the route he forged.

Dragon Empires Gazetteer and Lands of the Linnorm Kings cover the regions on each side of the Crown. Dragon Empires has a short article on Hongal and Ordu-Aganhei on the Tian Xia side of the route.

People of the North is primarily a PF1 rules options book, but it has some nice related flavor that's edition-independent, including a list of unwritten laws of combat among people in the north and some details about items and customs of Kellids in the region.

The Jarlsblood Witch Saga was a War for the Crown tie-in PFS scenario and is more Ulfen/Linnorm Kings-themed. It's set in Frostbreach, a settlement with connections to the Path of Aganhei and the site of a longstanding feud.

Adventurer's Guide has a small character blurb about Urif Flameblood, a ranger who bucks tradition and attracts outcasts from more conservative tribes while making money facilitating the movement of weapons through Icestair on Po La's behalf. I can't find another source that mentions Urif.

Gatewalkers #3 goes to the Crown of the World.

This is a lot of good information. Not sure I want (or can afford) to spend $70 for background information, but "The Frozen Oath" and what details I can find from "People of the North" have been helpful already. There's some existing short fiction I've found relating to the "Quest for the Frozen Flame" that I've bookmarked, as well (Eiwa's Lesson).

But thanks for the help! I might swing by the QftFF forum for more info.
