Hello,
is it possible to benefit the effects of an archetype for elemental blast with weapon infusion ?
For example, is it possible to materialize a specific weapon as a blowgun and benefit subtle delivery from poisoner archetype ?
Is it possible to apply a poison if the element is wood or metal ?
Is it possible to apply weapon infusion with unarmed attacks ?
Thanks for your future answer.

No, none of that works. Weapon infusion adds some weapon properties to an alemental blast. It does not count as a weapon. It doesn't not work with weapon abilities. It does not count as an unarmed attack. It does not interact with anything that requires weapon or unarmed Strikes in any way.

Elemental Blast and other Kineticist Impulses are less of a weapon than some spells are.
Elemental Blast doesn't create a weapon item and attacking with it doesn't use a Strike action. Spiritual Weapon does make a Strike - though it is the spell effect making the Strike (using the caster's stats) rather than the Caster. Glutton's Jaw does create an unarmed attack, and Blazing Armory and Arms of Nature create temporary weapons that would be used by a character like any other weapons.

Worth noting that it is, however, an attack action which uses an attack roll. So things that trigger or modify 'make an attack' and even 'make a melee attack' will work with it. Things that modify or trigger with 'make a strike', 'make a melee strike', or things that combine the 'attack' and 'strike' language, won't (because then it's both a strike and an attack, and EBs aren't strikes).
The downside to all this is, EB's suffer MAP, because they are attacks. The upside is, spells and abilities that merely require "an attack roll" can combo with it. Kineticists with an arcane archetype take note; both True Strike (old) and Sure Strike (remastered), despite their spell name, only require 'an attack roll.' Not a 'strike.' :)
