is there anything like this for pf1e?

Variant Multiclassing would be the closest thing, or you could just use that house rule as written 3.5 items are compatible with Pf1

Never seen it before. Might be homebrew.

Edit: I'm pretty sure its homebrew. That website has a lot of homebrew content.

If you want to build a character completely from the ground a d20 based system is not the way to go. In all honesty your best bet would be something like the Hero System. It is a 100% point-based system that will allow you to create just about any type of character you want. Fantasy Hero is probably what you should be looking at.

Hmm... Divine Grace (2nd level Paladin ability) is not on the list of things to buy. I think it would be worth 15 points; just like saving throws.

If you are looking for a point buy class system, you could try Anime 5E. Its made by the same folks who made BESM 4th edition (Big Eyes Small Mouths). However, its a mix of BESM and DND 5E, so it might require some effort to adapt it to pathfinder.

There was also BESM d20 made back in 3rd edition, so it might be a better fit.

thank you!

If you want to play a game where characters can be super customized - take a look at Rolemaster. It's a point buy system, with everything available to every class, just at different costs depending on if something should be easy or hard for your class to learn.

Gurps or Runequest also have this kind of flexibility.
