I feel like there isn't a soul in Lastwall who doesn't know that their patron and leader of their order fought as a mortal in the war. That probably gets brought up a lot as a cultural and religious identity sort of thing. Aside from that, it happened about 1000 years ago (which is a super long time but this is fantasy time) and it's also the founding story of the nation so it's definitely a part of their oral history.
I would say as a minimum "Once upon a time there was a powerful evil tyrant who conquered the lands north of the Encarthan with the help of the tribes of Belkzen. The nations of Avistan banded together and launched a crusade to put a stop to his conquest, driving the lich back to his stronghold and imprisoning him there. In order that the might never escape again, our nation was founded by the descendents of the crusaders."
Anyone with a bit of training in Society/History can probably pretty easily tell you about the names of the nations that actually showed up (Taldor, the dwarves of Kraggodan, the elves of Kyonin, etc.) probably name a few major battles (especially the one that is also an Act of Iomedae), and maybe detail that without the Tyrant's rule, the tribes of Belkzen disbanded and now some trade with Lastwall and some raid Lastwall.
Religion will also tell you probably about the specific acts Iomedae is known for in the war and maybe a bit more about her patron Arazni's death during the war.
(It's also possible that any given individual might never have heard of some of these things, especially considering premodern dissemination of information, but I figure anything that is core to the founding legends/myths of the nation probably get spread intentionally by the state and the people who identify with it.
