Magaambya Attendant and Conversant

Pathfinder Society

I'm currently (trying) to make my first Pathfinder Society character, and I'm interested in building a Wizard towards the Magaambyan Attendant and then the Halcyon Speaker. As Uncommon Feats that are neither Limited Or Restricted, "Your character has access to this option if they have selected an available option that grants them access to it (for example, many classes grant access to focus spells, which are uncommon). Alternatively, your character can gain access through a boon.

Does having the Magaambya Academic Background tick the box for Attendant? Would the Secondary Initiation boon meet the requirements for these feats? Are there specific adventures / modules that grant them that I'll need to keep my eyes out for when they're run? I'm trying to avoid the mistake of creating a character aimed at an unachievable path.

Secondary Initiation is what you want. It covers both archetypes.

EDIT: Magaambya Academic Background is insufficient to meet the requirement. Lots of people study there and never make it to Attendant.

Just to confirm this is a valid option for PFS2e?

Yes if you have the ACP to purchase Secondary Initiation (which every player just starting out should have, unless they used all their starting ACP to purchase an 80 point uncommon race boon.)

EDIT:
Actually, they should have the ACP for Secondary Initiation even if they purchase an 80 point race boon for their brand new character. By the time their character reaches second level and can apply the dedication, they will have earned enough ACP to purchase the 2 ACP Secondary Initiation boon.

Go forth and study at the Magaambya! You can have an uncommon race and an uncommon dedication on your very first character in PF2.
