No response from customer service

I have opened two cases 165001 and 163929 with customer service, the first beginning of the month I have not heard back on either. Now I am being charged double for books.

I made a purchase on Friday August 19th, only to find out that the $150 order I placed got authorized for $600. Man, I live paycheck to paycheck and their customer service still isn't up and running like anyone could have expected. I have no way of knowing if I'll get that $450 back 2 days or 20 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

Same issue here. I sent a couple emails to customer service in JUNE. Still no response. I have spent a lot of money with this company as I am sure others have. This is unacceptable. I wont be spending another dime until they can get some REAL customer service.

Same as well,no response when I contacted them about an order I paid for but never received.
