I made a purchase on Friday August 19th, only to find out that the $150 order I placed got authorized for $600. Man, I live paycheck to paycheck and their customer service still isn't up and running like anyone could have expected. I have no way of knowing if I'll get that $450 back 2 days or 20 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
