When a Quintessentialist makes her Phantom appear, where does the position appear?
near?adjoining or close?

The spiritualist is heavily based on the summoner so what goes there probably applies.
Unfortunately the eidolon ritual has never been clarified (afaik) either. There is however the Summon Eidolon spell which has Close range so I'd go with that.
