Why calling them in different ways rather than using the same names?
Resolve > greater resolve
Juggernaut > greater juggernaut
Evasion > improved evasion
For reference, it would have been easier to filter/search for them.
Now I see we have ( or maybe we already had stuff like this)
Walls of will > fortress of will
If they do exactly the same thing, it would be easier and more comfortable to call them in the same way.

I think that was made to make the chassis ability more thematic and once theses names doesn't refer or being referred from any other rules the designer didn't see a problem doing in this way.
Also many class similar abilities are litte different mechanics. For example:
- Alchemist, bard, ranger Iron Will, barbarian, champion, cleric, druid, inventor, magus, oracle, sorcerer, thaumaturge, witch and wizard's Lightning Reflexes, bard, druid, investigator and swashbuckler's Great Fortitude, oracle, sorcerer, witch and wizard's Magical Fortitude improves your proficiency but don't improve your success result like resolve. All these abilities are also those improve trained to expert.
- Fighter's Bravery improves the proficiency but only improve the success result against fear condition at same time that automatically reduces the frightened by 1.
- Gunslinger's Stubborn improves the proficiency and allows a second check agains controled condition in case of failure.
- Monk's Paths to Perfection allows the monk to select what saves you want to improve.
- Summoner has their own special save improvements that affect it and the eidolon at same time.
Only barbarian's Indomitable Will, champion's Divine Will, psychic's Walls of Will and Fortress of Will, rogue's Slippery Mind are the only ones that are basically Resolve and greater resolve renamed.
