Shop broken?

I'm trying to order something but whenever I go to step 3, "Place Your Order", all I get is the error page saying "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area." I have tried different browsers on different machines, all with the same result. What is going on?

I have emailed CS already, but did anyone experience a similar problem?

Yeah, I just saw that other people seem to be having problems buying PDFs as well. It seems that mostly customers from the EU are affected.

Someone suggested changing the address to some random US address, but I guess that will not work if I want the books I want to order shipped to Germany.

Darn, wish I saw this sooner. My credit card got charged 3 times before being blocked, and I never got the confirmation that the checkout succeeded. Gonna have to call my credit card to cancel those charges.
(For reference, I'm in Canada)
