Hello everyone. I have had the subscription for a while, and some weeks ago I received the email for the Dark Archive Order, but I have yet to receive news about its shipment (and access to the pdf). I tried twice to contact the customer support but I have yet to receive any answer, and I was wondering if anyone else is having similar problems or, if not, if there's a more direct way to contact customer service.
Looking around the forums I understand that there have been skme troubles woth CS lately, but I think I don't have all information about it.

There appears to be a good few people whose orders have not yet shipped. Paizo have extended their shipping days to include this week, but there will defintely be people getting their order shipped (and PDF access) only after street date has happened.
Its not just the special editions, its base editions as well.

The benefit of getting your PDF early isn't actually a "benefit", and rather it's a result of the way their system works. To many issues with releasing the PDF before the actual package is shipped. Like people getting their PDF, then cancelling their order. Since it hasn't shipped, they haven't been charged.
Getting the PDF early is super nice, but it's not an advertised perk, it just happens to be the end result.

If they let it become available before the order is charged/shipped then you'll have people canceling/contesting the charge and keeping the pdf for free.

Yeah, I see the points you're making. I'm just bummed out a bit, and a bit annoyed by the lack of response from CS about it.

We are still shipping because this month has numerous releases and we are simultaneously shipping to Gen Con. Thanks for your patience and patronage!
