The anticipated download is the main reason I started my subscription to begin with.

Bearer of bad news, but that wont happen. The PDF gets released for you when your package gets its shipping label, not before. The benefit of getting your PDF early isn't actually a "benefit", and rather it's a result of the way their system works. To many issues with releasing the PDF before the actual package is shipped. Like people getting their PDF, then cancelling their order. Since it hasn't shipped, they haven't been charged.

Getting the PDF early is super nice, but it's not an advertised perk, it just happens to be the end result.

I see. I wish that at least the PDF could have become available at the release date if you have the subscription.

I'm really curious about this manual but since I got the order I can't cancel it, but if I buy the pdf now I end up spending more.

If they let it become available before the order is charged/shipped then you'll have people canceling/contesting the charge and keeping the pdf for free.

Yeah, I see the points you're making. I'm just bummed out a bit, and a bit annoyed by the lack of response from CS about it.

Hello everyone. I have had the subscription for a while, and some weeks ago I received the email for the Dark Archive Order, but I have yet to receive news about its shipment (and access to the pdf). I tried twice to contact the customer support but I have yet to receive any answer, and I was wondering if anyone else is having similar problems or, if not, if there's a more direct way to contact customer service.

Looking around the forums I understand that there have been skme troubles woth CS lately, but I think I don't have all information about it.

I have currently a subscription for the special editions of rules manuals of Pathfinder 2e.

I'm waiting for Guns and Gears and when I go to see the order it says "pending" and "authorization expires Friday".

Do I have to do something else on my part or is this normal?

I went ahead and tagged your pending order of Secrets of Magic with your subscription. So, like Steve said, when it ships out you will get access to the PDF. Keep an eye for that shipping email!

From your posts I am unclear if you want Bestiary 3 or not. Did you want me to merge it into the order with Secrets of Magic (it's currently in your sidecart to ship out with your next upcoming order)? If you didn't want to get it I can also cancel it. Let me know what you prefer.

Your auth e-mail should confirm which is the case. There is a special "S" symbol beside subscription items being shipped.

Edit: And if you haven't received an auth e-mail yet, then you will have a while to wait for the shipment and the PDF unless someone at Paizo pushes it along for you.

Nevermind, I found the page with my subscription. Apparently I have Bestiary 3 and Gears and Guns.

How do I see if it's part of my subscription?

Hello everyone. I have a question about the Secrets of Magic PDF. I'm really excited for this manual and I decided to make a subscription yesterday in order to get the PDF early. I already had preordered the special edition of the manual, so I made the Special Subscription.

Am I on time to get the "early access" to the SoM pdf? Because I know of some people who can download already but I have no notifications in that regards, nor do I have it in the "My Downloads".

I ordered the special edition of the playtest manual (and the Doomsday Dawn adventure) on Amazon, but now on the "my orders" page it tells me that I will receive an email when the prosuct will be avaible again.
Ahould I loose any hope of having the special edition of the manual?
