I know there are stats for a Bunyip already, but how about one based on the old show Dot and the Kangaroo? It certainly looks to have a humanoid form

Dot and the Kangaroo... how does one even know about/remember such a thing?
After rewatching the song/video, I would have to say it is undoubtedly incorporeal, with a fly speed. Other than that, I probably wouldn't change much from the PF1 Bunyip, honestly. Maybe make its Blood Rage activate on a full moon... since the song was talking about the "bunyip moon" more than blood in the water.
