Yeah as the title says I orderd the wromg thing (Wanted the Pdf but got the book so need to cancel asap)

Well they won't get to your ticket faster if they have to spend time checking forums for people posting about customer service stuff.
This ticket was resolved 4 hours ago. As Totally Not Gorbacz noted, tickets are the best way to reach us.

Tonya, since you're here, do you think it might be possible to update the FAQ page to remove the option of contacting Customer Service via forum and phone from the list of methods?

Have you sent email to customer service? That is the best way to have them see your request. They do have a backlog so if it is urgent, I suggest you put that in the subject line (something like URGENT please cancel order...) Then reiterate and explain why you are requesting the cancellation in the body of the message.

Yes, I have already sent an email to their customer support but I thought that submitting my request on two platforms couldn´t hurt.

They no longer use the forums to address Customer Service requests, so while it doesn't directly hurt, it also doesn't help.
