Have you sent email to customer service? That is the best way to have them see your request. They do have a backlog so if it is urgent, I suggest you put that in the subject line (something like URGENT please cancel order...) Then reiterate and explain why you are requesting the cancellation in the body of the message.

Hi! Yes, I have already sent an email to their customer support but I thought that submitting my request on two platforms couldn´t hurt.
