Basically what the title says. The 'sonic scream' spell is from the 'Galactic Magic' book, but it doesn't seem to have a specified duration.
It seems clear from the description that's the case, but it should have a listed duration. Probably an accident, possibly a deliberate sacrifice and accepted error to make all the text fit on the page.
