So the Spell Warrior Weapon Song states: "If an affected weapon is not magical, at least a +1 enhancement bonus must be added before any other special abilities can be." Implying/ RAW stating that if it IS magical, it does not require the +1 Enhancement bonus.
So that implies that a magic weapon, like an aimed decanter of endless water, can take on the weapon song bonus of say, Flaming. So you can have Flaming Water (1d6 fire, 1d4 water damage). No attack roll needed. Higher levels you can add two or three elements, or ghost touch, etc...
So is there a better "auto hit" weapon out there that can be weaponized/ boosted by Weapon Song?

Yeah... weapons are weapons. As defined in the section of the CRB (and others) labeled "Weapons." There are some magic items that can do damage, but only those explicitly called out as such can be used as weapons. Weapon Song wouldn't affect magic items that do damage in other ways.
(You can use many magic items as improvised weapons, but that isn't relevant to your question.)

The only way to treat non-weapon magic items as magic weapons is through gloves of improvised might or the shikigami style feat chain… there might be an archetype or two with abilities that work as well, but unless it explicitly calls out improvised weapons you’re not getting any magic weapon benefits applied to it…
While some non-weapon magic items have effects that are “weapon/-like” doesn’t make it a weapon. Even if the effect says “treat it as a light mace for this attack” it still is not actually a weapon…
