I got a discount code from PaizoCon, so was going to use it for an order. But during the order process, I was never asked about payment, so couldn't apply the discount.

So I took a look at your account and it looks like you have your shipping method set as "ship with my subscriptions", and that seems to be causing the problem. Your payment method can only be the one you have set for your subscriptions, so the extra payment step is removed from the steps at checkout. Since you can only use vouchers at the time of purchase, and your subscriptions are being handled automatically, there's no chance to apply the voucher while your shipping is set to "ship with my subscriptions." If you change your shipping method in your account, you should be able to then use your voucher at checkout :)
