This order contains two items that are scheduled for release later this year and early next year. The order however, shows as "backordered", and has a "change shipping method" button on it. That button takes me to a page where I can change the shipping method, and in fact get a cheaper method, but that would not, afaics, make any difference to the "backordered" status.
I expected, when I placed the order, to have the items added to my sidecart, for shipment with my monthly subs whenever the items (one or both) become available. I don't see a way for me to do that. Can CS make it happen, please?
