Prerequisites: All Factions Tier 3; at least four of the Journey to the Scoured Stars segment boons. This is from the Starfinder Society, one of the last boons on the list.
Their is another boon like this: Prerequisites: All Factions Tier 2, Amateur Hireling Access. Professional Hireling Access.
1. Do they mean literally get all 5 factions to tier 3? This would mean a total of 125 reputation? There isn't a scenario beyond level 12, so you'd have to get 125 reputation in 36 chronicles or less. Edit, 150 if you count each SS each a separate faction. Not to mention cause this boon is from season 1 going into season 2, I wouldn't be surprised if this boon doesn't exist going into season 3. In lameness terms a boon with impossible requirements.
2. Or do they mean any one faction to tier 3?

You determine your all-factions tier by adding together your Reputation from all factions. Which is to say, 25+ Reputation in any combo.

Thanks, Charli ;) One of these days I'm going to use my Manifold Host boon to join your faction. I still have it sitting around unused from that PaizoCon.
I have 7 of the Scoured Stars segments and am GMing Heart of the Foe in PBP to get my 8th. We'll be done in a couple weeks, and I'd planned to get the full boon for four of my characters by the end of Dec. Sadly, two of them have more than 8 Fame, but less than 24, so only one gets to benefit from the reduced price.
