Name of glowing runes?

Silly question, but what are the glowing runes around spellcasters' hands called? I think I remember hearing an official name has been given to them in one of the newer books, but I must have missed it in my reading. A page reference would be awesome as well, if possible.

These are usually called manifestations, though it is not really a Rules word.

"When you Cast a Spell, your spellcasting creates obvious visual manifestations of the gathering magic"
