Yesterday I redeemed my code for the Humble Bundle for the Beginner Box and the Pact Worlds book. I also had placed an order yesterday for some other things. Is there any way these two orders can be combined together and all shipped at once? I understand if not, but I'd appreciate it if they can be. Thanks for the help.

I see an order that you placed on Friday. I was going to merge it with the order for the Humble Bundle but it had already shipped out early this morning so I wasn't able to unfortunately.
Something that may be helpful to know in the future, if you have a pending order (an order that was placed but hasn't shipped out yet) when you place another order one of the shipping options will be "ship with order xxxxxxxx". Selecting that shipping option will merge the items into the pending order. So keep an eye for that option.
