As a bit of a language nerd, I get my knickers in a twist when I see lazy fantasy language jobs, whether it's just nonsense or a bad gloss of an existing language (usually English), stuff like Mando'a or the stuff that came in Giantcraft or Menzoberranzan.

Find a proper language, preferably a conlang and use that. Bonus points if you go with Tsolyáni or another of Barker's languages.
