To what end?
Using the Quintessence Infusion Performance on the Material Plane to grant the Material Plane's basic/improved/greater infusions would be, umm, a complete waste of your rounds of performance. A complete waste of your precious actions. And a missed opportunity to do literally anything worthwhile.
At 9th level, nobody cares about a +2 to Linguistics. At 13th level, Charm Monster 1/day is meh. At 16th level, being a native outisder still isn't worth the rounds of performance. Lol.

Oh i know i was wondering if there was a way for me to emulate effects from different planes.
Oh, I see. Being able to pick any planes' infusions, despite which plane you are actually on would have made that Performance a whole lot more fun.
As it is now, unless the party constantly finds themselves traveling to other planes without preparation, the Performance is largely useless.
