I still have not received this order and the tracking doesn't show any activity since May 25th that I can see. Is there any hope?

Weird! I'm not seeing further updates from my end either. I've gone ahead and set up a replacement order, but if it shows up in the meantime, let me know and I can cancel the order. If both end up showing up, you should be able to refuse delivery of the second package and they'll ship it back to us!
