Forensic fingerprinting dates to the Victorian Era, which given the steampunk-y nature of G&G makes perfect sense. I think you’re getting your hopes up over nothing here, unfortunately.
It'll happen when it happens. Androids are already an available ancestry option, so the tech guide or tech content is probably not that far off.
The tech guide in PF1 was cool, but hopefully they expand a little more than just gear. Maybe adding in a few vehicles like a hovertank and some aircraft.
The more technology that gets added the easier it will be to make a Starfinder add-on. Even the G&G guns with capacities will go a long way to increasing confidence in homebrew laser weapons.
I think Paizo will not publish things that make PF too close to SF style before very very long.

Not sure if this is to be funny, but it doesn't come off as such. That thread is about Guns & Gears specifically. This thread seems like you want to talk about some unannounced future theory crafting. Numeria and technology is probably beyond steam punk is likely far off or will be in small pieces in APs.
