So.. I used the GMTHANKS21 discount on an order of Pathfinder Battles Booster Boxes.. but that order has been stuck on pending with items marked as backordered.. I don't tend to see those restocked in your store, I was going to try and add some more items to the order and ask if I could have the GM discount adjusted to include them since my order seems unavailable.. but I haven't been able to even make a successful purchase after nearly a week of trying. It always times out.

It looks like the only item holding up your order is the Pathfinder Battles: Deadly Foes booster. As it's an older collection, I don't believe we'll be able to get more in (I'm double-checking to make sure, but it's doubtful), so I can go ahead and cancel that and get the rest of the order on it's way to you without any issues!

Can you provide a little more detail about the timing out that's happening when you're trying to make a purchase? At what point in the checkout process is it occurring? Are you getting an error page or is just nothing happening at all?

Aye.. It sometimes was timing out.. gateway 501 error when I clicked proceed to checkout, but most often it would happen on the next step, if I clicked shipping or place your order.. and there were always really long times for the pages to load.. Order 29429473 seems to be the items I was trying to add to order.. I'm not entirely sure if I managed to do it eventually or if it was done on your end.. it seems like my issues making orders are gone though..

I don't know if it's possibly to have the GMTHANKS21 discount applied to that order? or to still add onto them? I had wanted to make a big order to take advantage of the discount which the bulk of had meant to be the booster packs.. and I mean there was probably at least one booster in stock to let me add them to cart to begin with?
