Hi:

Order 36367209 shows it was shipped on Wed, Feb 17. Tracking says "error." UPS tells me to contact the originator. Help?

Hi!

I took a look at the order and it did indeed ship from our warehouse on 2/17 and can take up to 20 business days to arrive. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
