Intimidating Prowess requires you the be physically threatening your target.
Coerce needs you to talk to your target, regardless the fact you spend minute or 1 round ( quick coercion skill feat ).
As for demoralize, since it has a specific number of actions as requirement ( 1 ) it seems it is meant for combat purposes only.
So, it's a feat meant to boost a demoralize on a STR combatant ( which might not have high charisma, given the fact he'd need str, dex, const, wis usually )?
I know that the +2 circumstance feat is not for free, as it requires either 20 str and master intimidation, but those 2 requirements would be mandatory anyway.
It has to be noticed that a bard with virtuosic performer might achieve the same intimidation bonus with versatile performance ( even in a easier way, since there won't be any stat requirement ).

You can physically threaten someone while talking to them. There is nothing in the rules that prevents you from using Intimidating Prowess for a Coerce check. Just note that it does NOT remove the linguistic trait, so you're out of luck if you can't talk to the target.
I know that you can use this feat for coerce.
What I was just mentioning is that even with the "quick coercion" feat, which explicitly says that even if the coerce check requires 1 round, can't be used during a combat encounter ( it's a note the feat says ).
Anyway, my question was related to demoralize.
Just wanted to know if it was that good as it seems ( a free +2 circ on all demoralize checks ).

A +2 bonus is basically a 10% less chance of failure. It's good if you're building a class that is primarily Str, with Cha as a secondary stat (18 str and 16 cha at level 1). Otherwise, it's not really worth getting since the +2 bonus comes online at level 15 or later.
At level 10 you would technically have the same bonus if you are mainly Cha with a side of Str.
With mainly Cha, you would have +21 with a +1 bonus from the feat
With mainly Str, you would have +20 with a +2 bonus from the feat
Also, combat is physically menacing so that would count for the feat.

Are you saying that Intimidating Prowess isn't worth getting or 20 strength isn't worth getting? Because Intimidating Prowess is an awesome feat even without the scaling. You really need this or intimidating glare it you want to focus on Demoralize and this is just better if you have the strength.

That's more or less my point too.
If a character is going to demoralize, he can go with this specific feat regardless the fact he might go or not with a str build.
Even a free +1 available on any circumstance is extremely op in a system like this. If you manage to get 20 STR by lvl 10, it's simply 100% more powerful.
I can think about alternatives, like the Kobold feat which gives you a +1 against low level enemies ( as well as a not so valuable double edge resolve on saves against fear ).
