I could swear there was a feat that allowed non-arcane people to benefit from Arcane Strike if they were within 30' of an ally that can cast arcane spells. I just cannot word it correctly in the search to find anything.
I believe it was something that had limited number of uses, and I was planning on using AWT:Abundant Tactics in order to increase those uses.
Anyone know what I am talking about?
