Please help, Order 27540531 and Order 36290374 pending since october

Hi, these aren't even big orders it is like 6 items between both orders.
I emailed a while ago but got no response, now I am about to be charged for the 4th adventure in the sequence but still waiting on the first module and second module in the sequence!
Please help.
