There is an item on AoN called the Phylactery of Jadis-Vel... which is a headband broken into separate pieces. If you combine the pieces, it becomes sentient, and teaches you how to become a Lich.
Once you go through the ritual, Jadis-Vel's soul inhabits your body, trapping your soul in the headband. Cool.
I have actually used this to create an Incorporeal Wild Shaping Lich necromancer Druid. Also cool.

Since the item knows Osiriani I'd suggest the lich is from there in PF. Though the name Jadis brings to mind the winter witch in Narnia to me, that Jadis was from a destroyed land named Charn which I suppose could be in/near Osirion.

When I searched for Jadis Vel on this forum, my incorporeal Druid lich showed up, which makes sense... since I mention the Phylactery of Jadis Vel by name in that thread.
And my "Jadis" build based on the ice queen, herself... Winter Hag/Winter Witch/Winter Witch(prc)... also popped up.
Apparently, I am the only one on these boards tossing around the word Jadis on a semi-regular basis. Lol.

Check out Page 47 of the Lost Treasures book! :) The short version of it is she was an Osirion woman who was obsessed with disease, spread diseases to others, and became a lich by accident. She terrorized the countryside even after Osirion fell to the Qadirans, and was eventually killed by the Sarenite Cult of the Dawnflower.

I'm glad I put it on a Blight Druid. Sounds like Miasma and Blightblooded and Plaguebearer are exactly the sorts of madness Jadis Vel would be into.
