Paladin Divine Bond as Spell-Like Ability

Hello, All!

Quick question. As paladin Divine Bond (on weapon) is considered Spell-Like Ability, does it mean that:

1. It can be dispelled?
2. It stop working in Lesser Globe of Invulnerability (as equivalent of 1st level spell)?

1) Yes I believe so.

2) I don't think it would be first level. I think barring it having a comparable spell it would be half class level but I don't have a source for that.
