I got an e-mail saying I needed to complete this order but I'm not entirely sure how to do that. My redeemed codes page says it was successfully redeemed but I'm assuming I have to pay shipping or something, yes?

See these instructions. I'm not sure that is the issue with your order, but I'm guessing it is. You have to pay for the shipping. On the redemption page, scroll down and look for a place to submit the order. I hope that helps.
Ah, thank you. For some reason I thought that part of the screen was for an older humble bundle with the Beginner Box. Derp.
