I could swear there was a Summoning feat that had Poison Immunity as a prerquisite, but I for the life of me cannot find it.
Sad thing is that I cannot even remember exactly what it did. I know it's not Toxic Spell that I am caught up on. Maybe I am just thinking about Putrid Summons, and look at Poison Immunity as a personal prerequisite to be immune to my own summons' Stench?
Any help would be appreciated.

Spider Summoner?
Should have probably mentioned this is already part of the build. Lol.

Lush Summoning from the Groveborn sorcerer bloodline?
Not that, either.
But it's funny you mention this, as I have it for a Flamedancer-Flamesinger Bard VMC Sorcerer:
Fire Music + Lush Summoning =
Fire Resist 5, +1 fire damage,
Natural Armor +2, +4 saves vs
Paralysis, Poison, Polymorph, Sleep, and
Stunning

It doesn't strictly require poison immunity, but putrid summons is noticeably safer with it.
Putrid Summons must be what I was thinking... I simply cannot find anything else.
So far, I think I have just about everything I need for a fun mini-boss. Depending on the gear and minions he ends up with, he will probably be good when the party is around level 10-12.
His BAB will be on par with the party, his spells will be on par with (but not noticably better than) the party, and if the party has an Alchemist, their Bombs will be about equal. He is 20 HD, but it's split between Wizard 5, Agent of the Grave 5, and Alchemist 10... so he isn't anything over the top either way.
Toxic Spell metamagic, Poison Focus, Spider Summoner, Putrid Summons, monster in a bottle Alchemist summoning, and all the glorious Necromancer crap you could ever ask for. Did I mention he is a Noble Drow? Sometimes, it feels so good to be bad.
Here is what I have thusfar for summoning stinky spiders:

Can pick up a few CL for the Wizard side of things with a trait. Grab the trait to reduce metamagic for some 4th or 5th level spell, as well. Toxic Spell is a +1 metamagic, so the trait will allow him to apply poison to one of his highest DC spells (that has a Fortitude save).
His main thing is summoning either ectoplasmic or fiendish spiders, though. The DC for their poison goes up by 2. He can milk them for their venom, then apply it to spells. Clever. He can even summon ectoplasmic or fiendish spiders with Stench, which is fun.
Oh yeah, he is also a Necromancer...
