When exactly save is made vs Aura-like abilities

Rules Questions

Hello!

I have a question.
When it's time to save vs aura-like abilities, like stench or madness aura of Seugathi?
Only start of your turn if you are in range?
Or at start of your turn + if at any point during your turn you come into range? Or at start of monster's turn everyone in range must save?

I don't recall if it is clearly stated somewhere, but the usual interpretation is:
- when you enter the aura area;
- at the start of your turn, before you take any action.

If it's not as soon as you are within the area, usually it will say "at the start of your turn" or "start of the affected creature's turn." But since most of them are also save once and immune, usually it's as soon as you enter the area.

Liberty's Edge

Just to point it out, even if the player wants to delay his character action, he must make his save when his turn starts, before he takes the delay action. Even if he is still able to delay after making the save, the effect of the save lasts until his next turn, not until he takes his delayed actions. That will require a bit of bookkeeping, but, essentially, it is not possible to avoid the effect of an aura by playing with the initiative order.

Dark Archive

Most affects begin at the start of your turn. Bleed, for instance happens prior to any actions, on your turn. Generally auras are going to be the same. If you're "in it" - make a save if it's active (done are activated on the monster's turn, sage then AND at the start of your turn, as required).

Yes, a monster activating an aura also forces a save for characters in it.
