Library of the Lion is the only scenario I've played that is kind of like what I'm looking for. Sneak in, find the hidden thing, grab it and get out, no one else knows. The Disappeared also has that sort of feel, sneaking in and all that, but are there any others that would work well for this sort of thing?

Sun Orchid Scheme literally has the heist mechanic. It's basically twofold: one part is information gathering, and one part is getting in and out. It's not exactly sneaky stuff the whole time, but there's certainly the aspect of blending in and grabbing information where you can. Depending on how much information you get, you can plan the grabby stage, and you get a small pile of money to help you with it. It really rewards creativity, I feel. Played it once and ran it twice, it's interesting to see everyone's approach, especially veterans who know their books and obscure items.
Bronze House Reprisal felt more like a SWAT operation, but that's maybe just our approach.

Sounds like just your group's approach, Kwinten.
When I played it might group never raised an alarm or started a fight. We used a lot of sneakiness, subtlety, and class abilities to slide in and out Ocean's 11 style.
When I've run it I've seen it go full SWAT meltdown, and I've also seen it go super diplomatic or skilly. Lots of ways to approach it for Bronze House.
