Advice

Those are all pretty fairly hallmarks of the bard. You're going to have high charisma as a bard (should start at 18). From there, Performance, Diplomacy, and Deception are all pretty standard picks for skill choices, probably want to go ahead and take Intimidation as well because you'll be great at it.

Dex should also be fairly high for you since it will help with your otherwise paltry AC and relatively low HP and since you'll have a high Dex, no reason not to take Stealth. Pump Int a bit if you want even more skills, but do be wary of Con (especially) and to an extent Wisdom.

In other words, its pretty darn easy to accomplish all this as a bard. The spellcasting you get automatically too, so its just a question of what spells do you want.

Wayfinders

If you are playing EC
IMO, from Experience, Optimize your character FIRST
then... slowly build into your character the performance stuff as you level
I didn't and I'm struggling so much with my character being useful at all the to group
I want to quit or have my character killed off because being unoptimized is the worst in this new system :(

Well, I'm studying the book as much as I can first before I pick spells to make sure I do things correctly I know the second edition is somewhat similar to the first but I wanna make sure I understand at least the basics and how everything is. I was thinking of illusion spells, conjuration, and enchantment. To fit with him I don't want him to have too many ranks in performing just enough where people go it sounds terrible but it must be good cause he's so confident maybe we're in the wrong. I don't want him to sleep around I just want him to think he is the best thing ever and believe it in his whole entirety whilst he thinks everyone and his mom is hitting on him but he thinks he is too fabulous for them and no one else is better than him. And he is such a good liar that even if he can't get his story straight he absolutely believes it. One min he's a lord of a keep next minute he's a fantasy James bond I want his dump stat as int.
