Those are all pretty fairly hallmarks of the bard. You're going to have high charisma as a bard (should start at 18). From there, Performance, Diplomacy, and Deception are all pretty standard picks for skill choices, probably want to go ahead and take Intimidation as well because you'll be great at it.

Dex should also be fairly high for you since it will help with your otherwise paltry AC and relatively low HP and since you'll have a high Dex, no reason not to take Stealth. Pump Int a bit if you want even more skills, but do be wary of Con (especially) and to an extent Wisdom.

In other words, it's pretty darn easy to accomplish all this as a bard. The spellcasting you get automatically too, so it's just a question of what spells do you want.

Well, I'm studying the book as much as I can first before I pick spells to make sure I do things correctly I know the second edition is somewhat similar to the first but I wanna make sure I understand at least the basics and how everything is. I was thinking of illusion spells, conjuration, and enchantment. To fit with him I don't want him to have too many ranks in performing just enough where people go it sounds terrible but it must be good cause he's so confident maybe we're in the wrong. I don't want him to sleep around I just want him to think he is the best thing ever and believe it in his whole entirety whilst he thinks everyone and his mom is hitting on him but he thinks he is too fabulous for them and no one else is better than him. And he is such a good liar that even if he can't get his story straight he absolutely believes it. One min he's a lord of a keep next minute he's a fantasy James bond I want his dump stat as int.

We are switching from Pathfinder 1A to Pathfinder 2E and I would like to make a goblin bard For the new campaign Extinction curse the one where you take over and entertainment troupe. My idea for him is for him to be the biggest best liar to the point where he believes his own Lies he thinks he's the best musical Bard ever so he does have to have some ranks and skills with lute but his lute is semi-broken he's full of himself he thinks all people wanna be with him but he only loves himself and I went to had AM saying annoying and stupid goblin songs. But I would like and do more focus on casting spells deception and some sneaky bits and definitely a con artist.he is going to be either chaotic neutral or good. And I'm trying to come up if a dignified wacky long name like "sir cedri von gabi the 3rd esquire"

I suggest an inquisitor with a bow and either glory, sun or holy domain, a cleric same way, or an oracle at least. Most definitely a spell caster for all the undead, monsters humans and aberrations. Paladin or some sort of fighter-type like a brawler for this campaign any class can take trap finding. As for races I suggest aasimar, tiefling, any race with dark vision and so sort or resistance or immunities maybe a dhampir for all the ghost and stuff. Diplomacy comes in handy touch of glory is great. Other then that have fun
