My order has been pending for 5 days. Is this normal? I'm new to the subscription process and the money hasn't hit my bank account as pending yet. Just wanna make sure money is in the right place when the payment is taken.
Yes, that is normal. Your order goes to Pending when the authorization runs, and it will stay at that status until it goes to Complete when it ships.
If you're unlucky enough to ship toward the end of the shipping window, you could stay at Pending for 20 days this month (with an auth date of July 9 and the shipping window closing July 29). However, they have begun shipping now so your order could complete at any time between now and then.
