Calculating CMD and CMB for Different Combat Maneuvers

Rules Questions

I'm using PCGen to generate character sheets for my NPCs/Encounters/Players, but my older version doesn't have the CMD/CMB for Dirty Trick, Drag, Reposition, and Steal. I can't get an older version because I'm using a Mac (only 6.07 vs. 6.08 on Windows) so I'm thinking of manually calculating the CMD/DMB for the other maneuvers.

But the CMB/CMD differs depending on the maneuver I'm performing.

For example, CMB/CMD for grapple is +7/20 and Sunder is +9/21.

I know the formula for CMD is:
CMD = 10 + Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + Dexterity modifier + special size modifier + miscellaneous modifiers

And for CMB is:
CMB = Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + special size modifier

Is there a specific formula to the different maneuvers? Or is the miscellaneous modifiers constant different between maneuvers?

Sunder is performed with a weapon, grapple isn't usually. A +2 weapon, or +1 and weapon focus could explain the CMB difference. No idea what the CMD difference is about.

This blog post is relevant. Disarm, sunder, and trip use the weapons and thus apply everything that adds to the weapon's attack roll to the CMB. If you're using a weapon with the trip property, the same is true for drag and reposition maneuvers.

I have a feeling the CMD against sunder adds the weapon's enhancement bonus, although I can't find a rule that actually validates that.

Fighter weapon training adds to cmd vs sunder and disarm if wielding an appropriate weapon.

Thanks for the insights, folks. What about doing calculations for reposition, dirty trick, drag, and steal?

Dirty trick and steal don't get weapon bonuses. Well, steal probably does if your weapon has the sticky magic weapon quality and you scored a crit but that's a fairly exotic circumstance. Drag and reposition do if the weapon has the trip property, not otherwise - Derklord mentions this and provided a link above.
